Karl Ho is cohost of Data Analytics Colloquium.

Karl Ho is a Professor of Instruction at the University of Texas at Dallas School of Economic, Political, and Policy Sciences. He is the co-founder of the EPPS Social Data Analytics and Research (SDAR) master program. He is also a co-investigator of the Hong Kong Election Study (HKES) project, which has been studying electoral developments in Hong Kong since 2015. Currently, he serves in the advisors group at the UTD COMETrends project.

Peter Ching-Heng Pan is a cohost of the Data Analytics Colloquium.

Dr. Ching-Heng Pan is an Associate Professor and the Director of the Graduate Institute of National Policy and Public Affairs at National Chung Hsing University in Taiwan. Professor Pan studies public administration, with a primary interest in the relationship between information technology and public governance, which includes such topics as social media and government, smart governance, information technology, and public organizations.
